• Application type, line speed, defect or feature description, environment and controls details
• Any additional notes you choose to include
• The page the request was submitted from and campaign parameters present in the URL

Submitted information is used to evaluate your inspection requirement and to correspond with you about it. We do not sell it, rent it, or add you to a marketing list without your consent.

Pages may record anonymous interaction events, such as which calculator was used or which page a request came from, to understand which technical material is useful. These events are not used to build advertising profiles.

We share submitted information only with service providers that operate our website and database infrastructure on our behalf, or where required by law. We do not disclose customer application details publicly without written approval.

Inquiry records are retained while the opportunity is active and for a reasonable period afterward for engineering reference. You can ask us to delete your record at any time.

Please do not send drawings, sample images, or process information you are not cleared to share. If a project requires confidential material, tell us and we will agree the handling terms in writing first.

To access, correct, or delete information you have submitted, contact us through the inspection review request form and state your request. We will confirm the action taken.
